Dominika Karsznia
Founding Partner
Dominika has spent over 16 years in an international transaction environment working through due diligence, business modelling and valuations for clients primarily from TMT, retail and healthcare sector. In the recent years she has been focusing on litigation support engagements realized in co-operation with major legal firms. Dominika is a court expert in the field of business and intangible assets valuation registered by the Warsaw District Court. She graduated with a master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Polish-German Academic Forum in which she studied finance in Mainz, Germany.
As associate partner, Dominika was the leader of the Polish valuation and business modelling team in EY. She completed series of finance management, accounting, modelling and business valuation courses organized by the American Society of Appraisers, Kaplan Schweser as well as internally by EY.
She is a wife, a mother of three girls and an enthusiastic traveler.
Brendan O'Mahony
Founding Partner
Brendan has spent over thirty years in professional services. He has worked as an Assurance Partner and later as a Due Diligence Partner. He was focused on manufacturing as well as service entities in Assurance. Brendan has extensive transaction experience having worked with a wide number of strategic and private equity investors in due diligence. Brendan is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
During his almost two decades as a Partner, Brendan managed the Transaction Advisory team in EY for ten years. He was also responsible for due diligence in the CSE region. Brendan was a member of the EY Executive Team in Poland and a member of the EY EMEIA due diligence leadership team.
Brendan is a Dad to twins and enjoys travelling.
Dorota Wosik, CFA
Dorota specializes in financial analysis, modelling and business valuations for transaction, accounting and tax purposes. While working in the EY Transaction Advisory team, Dorota supported both Polish and international clients in a number of transactions.
Dorota joined PKP Intercity S.A. as Assistant Director in the Financial Controlling Department where, among other things, she was responsible for the preparation of the company’s long-term financial forecasts, strategic plans as well as controlling oversight of the company’s investment expenditures.
Dorota is a CFA charterholder, awarded by the CFA Institute, and a licensed Polish Securities Broker.
She is a mum of two daughters, and in her spare time enjoys reading fantasy books and listening to social and popular science podcasts.
